Data Abstract

The data set was originally compiled jointly by the State Statistical Bureau of China and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences for the purpose of evaluating "affluent counties". It is county-level statistical data for 1991 and covers all the counties (and county-level cities) under the jurisdiction of three metropolitan cities (Beijing, Tianjing, and Shanghai) and 24 provinces, missing data from Liaoning, Hainan, and Tibet. Besides county identification numbers and names, there are 30 social and economic indicators for 2,044 counties in the data.

课题内容简介：
本数据由中国统计局及中国社会科学院搜集，旨在评估"小康县"的发展。本数据包
括1991年各县(及县级市)的有关数据。其中包括三大城市(北京、天津、上海)及二
十四个省的管辖区。但当中不包括辽宁、海南、台北。数据包括县编号及三十个社
会及经济指标，共有2,044个县的资料。
